HELP ! prob with 11th lvl !

hey there !
i'm lvl10, need cash to get the lvl11, and i already have more than i need to, and i'm still lvl10, so i won't get the mission with juni until i'll be lvl11 ... what must i do to get this lvl ? i already have more money than needed !
