General questions about lancers

Ive been really pulling my hair out about this

How do you advnce in rank on this website because ive noticed ranks like 2nd lientent and i have no idea how to go up.

Do you need to pass challenges or something.

Also ive been banned from the animus system and i had a bounty hunter very heavy fighter please find out for me i loved that server.

Also becuse i cant go to animus are there areas here for things like border forces or races PLEASE REPLY to this.

Also PLEASE tell me why my GMAX program is messed.
Every time its loaded up it has all the boxes black or fuzzy ive posted this on the tutorials area but to no avail.

ALSO PLEASE TELL ME ANY SUPER COOL MODS WHICH I COULD TRY OUT PLS ITLL REALLY HELP

thats the ranks in the forum. It took me a while to search for this and when i did find it i found out it was me that posted it in the first place thats irony for u

And now that your asking how do you put pictures up when you submit like now because i have my server's picture ready for running but i have no idea how to get it on here pls reply.

Oh and by the way my server is called original earth and im busy figuring wat mod should be used in it please give a suggestion

Do you know that in servers they say you can pirate loot from other players well in all the servers ive been in every time ive blown a players freighter that is full of cargo nothing comes out is this a bug or does it depend on the server
