the best class 9 shield

I have a character in a hammerhead, more for the novelty than anything else. Anyways, I want to find the best level 9 shield for it I can (the hammerhead can only have up to a level 9 shield). I currently have whatever level 9 that the Corsairs sell, and it can sustain 6050 damage. However, when fighting the GMG in Omicron Beta, I scanned them and found that their shield could sustain 7500 damage, or something close to that. Does anyone know where I could find this tougher level 9 shield?

Welcome to TLR. Have you tried the "Search" function? This has been asked before as I recall, and there should be a number of topics about this. Also, remember that different shields are more effective versus certain weapons, so it depends upon the weapon types of the people you are fighting.
