If you are up to doing it the easy way, try the IONCROSS FreeLancer Character editor. Also just do some missions for them first.

Jeff, welcome to TLR. Ioncross, if you havn't got it yet. Aside from using Ioncross, kill thier enemys and bounty hunters. Other ideas can be found in the spoiler forum.

If you want to get all buddy buddy with the criminals without affecting the houses, then kill a bunch of GMG. The outcasts will warm up to you, and you can bribe the other factions from their base and the bases of their allies. Also, Rheinland secretly still hates the GMG for the 80 years war, so they don't really care either way. In fact, kill enough kusari companies and the Rhienland groups will love you. Of course, with Rhienland you can bribe republican and from republican you can bribe liberty and liberty leads to all of sirrius. It takes a large network of bribes, but it's easily possible, just very tiedious. NOTE; When you kill GMG's, DONT kill republican shipping, it would ruin the entire plan. --- VH16

kingrat, no, I have been able to shoot bounty hunters with no effect from the houses. Mainly, I defend zenos of which the hunters are enemys but I can still pull jobs with liberty police.
