Mods Help! Plz!

Ok i want to make my own mod but i don't know how to do anything! plz help! I'm in a mess if only i knew how to make Ships, Guns, Comodites, icons, aduio, stations and well EVERYTHING i would make one hell of a mod! Bloody computer!Plz help! If I do get it working I will make it download-able so every one can go on it:-). Plz reply !!!!!!!!!!!!
