New Clan [Navy
The clan has joined with another Navy clan and we have divided it in two so one division controls 2 sytems while the other controls the other 2.
Col Z is the leader of the other division and he has requested magallen for the clan. A while ago i requested Texas and/or Colerado and/or Calafornia. The clan will be putting in some rules when (if) we get the systems here they are:
CONCERING PIRATES
1) All pirates must either be escorted out of the systems or they will be shot and blown to pieces.This rule varys from case to case.
2) As the pirates are being escorted out they are allowed to choose which way they want out as I have found that it can get annoying trying to get to the sigmas, and you are in new tokyo, and the clan wont let you through to the sigmas. Instead you have to go back into Liberty then Bretonia and finally you reach the Sigmas.
3) The pirates can stop at stations and planets but not for long as most people get impatient.
4) Artifact smugling is allowed to an extent. Only 100 artifacts per person can be shipped every 2 days. If anyone goes over the limit then they will have to dump the excess artifacts and the artifacts will be destroyed.
5) Any pirates that tax or attack any player will be shot and killed.
6) Any pirates that are known to other clans as trouble makers will be escorted by 2 people and given two options to leave: Either go out the way they came in or go out a way that we approve.
CONCERING CLAN MEMBERS
1)Anybody that attacks [Navy players, will be given 2 chances to explain themselves or they go boom. If the attack was started off by a [Navy clan member then the clan member will be downgraded, and depending on the circumstances, thrown out of [Navy.
2) Any clan members abusing their power will be fined and downgraded to the lowest rank. The person who was abused will receive the fine money and thanked for reporting the clan member.
CONCERNING TRADERS
1) Traders will recieve a bodyguad when they enter the system. This will make trading safer as the bodyguard can protect them from pirates not obeying the system rules.
Also if any clans engage each other in the systems we will not take anybodys side and stay neutral like Switzerland.
We hope to get Texas and/or Colerado and/or Calafornia for the clan.
