Junkers

I hope this doesn't contain any spoilers, I'll try not to say anything.

I was wondering how I can at least can a neutral rep with the Junkers. At the moment they hate me so i can't dock with any of their stations, but I'm very good with the Hessians ansd LWB. Does anyone know of a bar somewhere where I can get a bribe to improve my rep, or maybe some other method?

I'm not sure if this is a spoiler or not. Since it's on Manhattan and appears very early in the game, I'm assuming not. The Bowex rep in the bar regularly offers a Junker bribe.
