You got to have pirates to make it interesting don't you? Otherwise people would only be trading and fighting NPCs which are too easy and is why people go to MP anyway.

funny, my player name also is Blaze.

but anyways, i have been given an immunity badge from a very kind pirate. i am now immune to all pirate tolling. if one violates it, one shall be destroyed by a moderater with no exceptions and if violates it more than once is banned. it is actually a gift from the leader of a LARGE clan of pirates who like noobs. it is not an actual object but if a pirate asks for money i just tell them that i have an immunity badge from NightWolf's clan. they run at the sound of it!
