an idea for a new mod???

i have an idea for a new mod it is making the order faction apart of the rep list and having patrols a base and be involved in the game after uve finishd the game....could it be possible or not?

I thought the Order was supposed to be sort of secret? So how can it have a rep with people?

Interesting idea though. How about having a rep with the Nomads???
