How do you insert Pictures into replies?

You do that with {img=blahblahblah.com/blah.gif(or jpg, etc.)} except the { becomes [. Check the forum codes link below the word Message when you post a reply to see the codes.

It can depend on where you get your pic and if the site is busy. You would get the red X then.
