Using bribes can be expensive, so if you want to get in with a faction, yes, pick on their enemies, but make sure you choose to pick on one which won't hurt your rep with another faction you want to be in with. It's natural that if some people are green to you, others will be red, but try to keep at least one place to land in each system friendly. They don't all have to be police bases or criminal stations.

What are yo utalknig about Puke? You don't run out of palces to land. There's Planet Primus and Planet Gammu. And doing the odd Zoenr bribe at a Freeprot makes the Freeprots open too. And all criminals will like you so unless yo uare a moron you are VERY WRONG.

Any how, I think I got my Red Hessians bribe from a different base than Buffalo. Hardly ever set foot in Buffalo other than during campaign. Usually if you look around the friendly stations that're close to the enemie's sectors, you'll find a bartender that can hack your rept with that hostile faction. Like someone else said, just keep checking the bar.

To get friendly with the Outcasts goto Tau37's Freeport 10 and pay the bartender to make you neutral.

Darmstadt, Bruchsal and Kreuzberg bases for Red Hessian bribes, I think. The Hessians are one of the best Criminal factions in my opinion, base wise. They have the largest number of major bases that I know of ( The bases that look like West Point on the Nav. Map ) I think the bases are:
1) Vogtland Base in Dresden
2) Freistadt Base in Omega - 7
3) Ronneburg Base in Omega - ?

Ronneburg's in Omega 5. Although the Outcasts have 3 bases too, and the Corsairs have 4, so they don't have the most. Plus the Outcasts and Corsairs have better ships and equipment

Actually there is an easy way to get ALL happy with you & have no concerns. Howsomever, it requires a decision that some may not want to make. Use AlPalsEveroneLovesYou MOD. This is a real hoot to use. Kill ANYONE and everyone is MAX HAPPY & they stay that way. This lets you got to ANY base & buy ANY bang-bang.

With it you can take missions against ANYONE and still not ruin rep. Some might not like this but it does add an interesting facet to play. True servers will not have it but you can set up your own. Try SP all over with it.

Go to Manchester. Base out of the BMM base there and take the tradelane to Sheffield. Hop off the trade lane one short off the exit ring and run in at the storage containers. Blow up a couple of them, grab the loot and hop back into the tradelane to the BMM base. Quicker than finding and fighting Bounty Hunters and changes your rep alot quicker. (also doesn't hurt making money off the loot.)
