Gettin friends with the BadGuys

Hi,

I finished the SP now, and want to get the Sabre, but now... Im still good homies with the good guys, and not with the Red Hessians. I tried to buy them to my side, but couldn't find someone whos readdy to do that for me.

Can some one tell me whats the best way to be friends with the Mollies, Outcasts, and espacialy the Red Hessians? Buy them, kill ther enemies, editng the .ini doesnt wordk, I cant read it.

Thnx!

All those factions hate the Bounty Hunters. Kill as many of them as you can.
Or alternatively *Shudders at the very thought of it* kill Corsairs.

Great computer!
What kinda chip you got in there?
A dorito?

Kill Bounty Hunters (easy pickings in New York) then once you're neutral with the Rogues, head to Buffalo Base in the Badlands and find an Outcast bribe.

Dark Helmet: Gimme that, you petty excuse of an officer!
Now hear this: LUDICROUS SPEED!!!
Col. Sanders: Sir, hadn't you better buckle up?
Dark Helmet: Eh, buckle this! Ludicrous speed...GO!!!

And remember that just because you're not offered an Outcast bribe there first time you land doesn't mean there isn't one available. Launch and re-dock until one appears. Make sure you have the cash on hand

You don't have to redock- just change dealers then go back to the bar again!

The bartender doesn't change if you do that, only the people. And it's the bartender who has the bribes

Wrong others do bribes too

Yes, other people offer bribes. And yes, all criminals hate the Bounty Hunters -- killing Bounty Hunters is your best bet of getting friendly with the criminals, but still being able to land on House bases and planets. Of course, you have but one problem... can you kill us ?

The easyest way to make freinds without costing money is to stay near their base and when others attack them, hit the enemy. Its like the saying, The enemy of my enemy is my friend. Works for me every time.

That's all very well and good... but not only do you have to do it for each faction you want to be friendly with, but you've also got to stay near their base without shooting down a single fighter. I don't know about their weapons, but I know for a fact I couldn't withstand the temptation for very long

Depends on how much money you have. Taking them on one at a time can build up saleable loot too.

What I mean is... You're defending the base of those you wish to befriend. If you're enemies with them... they're not going to ignore you for too long. Their fighters as well as their enemy's fighters will be on top of you. And while you will have to avoid shooting them so your reputation won't go down, they will have no problem shooting at you.

Just stay at scanners distance to them and wait for an enemy to attack them, it does not take long. After the 3rd or 4th enemy you shoot down their color goes from red to white. And they won't come after you anymore.

Kill Corsairs. If you're a good guy, take missions in Bretonia against them. If you're a bad guy, take Red Hessian or IMG missions.

Nah. Corsairs are cool actually. But one thing to notice: Usually the most powerful ships, or the bulkiest freighters can be found at criminal bases or planets, along with very lucrative missions and commodities, and some really powerful weapons. But if you befriend a major criminal group, Then you'll have very few allies to assist you, so I assume that taking the decision on who to befriend can turn into quite a headache for a player.
