I'd say you should have a system, halfway between the Omnicron Gamma (Corsairs) and Omnicron Alpha (Outcasts), where the Corsairs and Outcasts can put aside their differences and negotiate and stuff.

Or you could have a Neutral Zone system in the centre with jumpgates to all the Capital systems and jumpholes to Omnicron Alpha and Beta. It could be run by the Zoners, along with a joint house task force, have Planet Geneva, with United Houses HQ in orbit...

Make a system run by the Zoners. Not just a station, a system, where there are bases selling a huge variety of commodities from all over Sirius, something like that.

Lol that would be funny as a comic bonus to a mod with ufo ships like the one Necrolord made, they could be flying around all over the place. And remember to put that line from the Simpsons in, "You are here. We are not"
