NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! n00b alert! use the SEARCH FORUMS tag for FL2, and you will see that EVERY, yes EVERY thread on Freelancer 2 dies within a week or two! one person requested a sticky, and to keep it alive, signed up for two or three more accounts, JUST TO KEEP IT ALIVE!

Keep your pants on guys, we get the sequel question once a month. Besides even if Digital Anvil are working on a sequel it would be waaayyy to early for them to anounce it. If however by some miracle they did anounce it today, you'd still be looking down the barrel of a 18 month (minimum) wait.

Mustang is right though thre next sequel thread I see will be protected from people coming out with statements like the real world lover above.

As the battleship question, try the Evolutions mod. It adds battleships, but it also changes a TON of other things, so you might not like it.

Lots of mods add Battleships and Battleship encounters, T.E.M.P just does it the most realisticly
