Everytime i download a new mod i say wow, because i just love all the stuff you can do, flying at 200 with all guns blazing at some cosiars always does it for me, and then going into cruse to escape them and dodging asteroids at 550 is egde of you seat action which i always come out of (alive or dead) saying wow.

I'v played FL since about June 2003 and for me it the people you meet online that realy makes this game fun. If the game is giting boring for you I say it is your own fault. I would say find a clan and RP with them a bit or start your own if you have the time. You see it not always the game that keep's you playing it the people that play the game.
I am the same as [STEEL I run a freelancer clan and a website and I spend so much time doing this that I have two brand new games still in the wrapper!!

I remember playing the freelancer demo and being completely blown away by what I saw. And when I got the game I couldn't stop playing it for months afterwards, the design of the systems was brilliant, the commodity market was interesting and varied and don't get me started on the different factions and NPC AI. I wish I had the excitment of playing it for the first time again.
I agree with Woods32. The multiplayer experience is what makes this game so worthwhile. There are few games that can parallel the experience of simply flying around a huge gameworld with 3 mates, all in decked out Sabres and Eagles, doing whatever takes your fancy. Brilliant
