Hi Anubis-Dk!

First of all I like to welcome you to The Lancers Reactor! I hope you'll enjoy your stay with us

The storyline of Freelancer only lets you see a portion of what the entire universe has to offer. The storyline doesn't let you see all the systems, all the bases, all the planets etc. There are still lots of systems for you to explore, which you problaby haven't seen yet by just playing the storyline. Here are a few things you can do after the storyline ends:

- Earn more money by finding profitable traderoutes
- Buy all the ships and weapons available in the game
- Get your killscore up
- Explore all the systems, planets, bases, hidden wrecks etc.
- Play random missions
- Choose the Multiplayer option to play with your friends or with others online
and much more...

If you've done all that, try out one of the many Mods that have been created for Freelancer. They offer lots of things, like new ships, different gameplay, new systems, all kinds of tweaks for the original game, new weapons etc. etc.

Enjoy!

Hey there Anubis, hope ya like it here! I've recently just finished the game too and immediately began exploring some of the great little things spread throughout the game.
(I've also downloaded the beta 9 flmm and a few mods from the downloads page. There's some really great stuff here.

Just as a general reminder to the ignorant populace the storyi s only 1/5th of the original story.

(Edited for Grammar)

From now on your ultimate mission is to earn a trillion credits, get your opinion of the best ship with your opinion of the best weapons, be loved by your opinion of the best faction(s), and then go kill bounty hunters.
How many people actually do this? I quit right after the storyline and started Multiplayer, and I've never regretted it.

I think you'll find there's a lot of us that spend a great deal of timing making sure that every system is fully explored, every base is visited, and every wreck is found and plundered, Viper............

what are you talking about?

Post Sun Feb 15, 2004 1:13 pm

We're talking about what to do when you've kicked the nomads up the behind, and are bored now. Go exploring, it's the greatest. And leave lots of wreckage in your path........

Of all the systems, in all the galaxy, you had to fly into mine.
