As far as I know, the NPC names are randomized first and last names logical for whatever region you're in (Japanese names in Kusari, German in Rheinland, etc.)

Aw man, my buddy hosted a server, then put a huge battleship turret on his fighter. I'll get back to you with the pic.

Oh, and to the first guy: Sigma 17, right? Not far from the cruise liner Hawaii?
