Wierd things happening to the Transports

Wierd things are happening to the transports I try to raid

I attacked a transport convoy in Cambridge and they simply slammed themselves into Battleship Norfolk and exploded

Needless to say I was pissed when I couldn't salvage any cargo from them and now every time I show up to raid a Transport they commit suicide

Did I anger some deity or something? I'm not making any money because the transports hate me!

AI can get messed up sometimes. Aside from ships plummiting into planetary atmospheres, star caronas, and each other, there's a lot of weird stuff. I once saw a Bretonian gunboat get jammed into the little can opener dealy on a Bretonian battleship. It continued to ram into and wiggle arround (essentially, it mated with it) until the gunboat exploded. Weird stuff, man. Weird stuff. --- RR16

Jose Chavez: "Trent! It's good to see my kind of scum."

yeah, i saw some weird stuff once
in the demo, i watches a cargo hauler fly into the manhatten atmosthere and blow up! right in the middle of the cinematic as i came off the planet for my first mission!

My experience is that I see this stuff most in Cambridge and the Bretonian Systems

but it happens elsewhere too and it's always bad to see the cargo you were about to steal burn up in a planet or star

A lot (ALOT) of Liberty patrols burning up in Manhattan's atmosphere (LA, Denver and Houstan too, but mostly Manhattan).

I've never seen transports and gunboats crashing and mating though o_O

Michael King is the name of somebody in my school... seriously.

The people in FL have very limited vocabularies, most of them speak the same also, with the same voices... yes I know one guy is British and the other is Japanese but who's keeping track, eh?

Yeah, transports are really weird stuff in FL. Those situations are also
appearing in multiplayer. Let me tell you what happened to me. I was going
through trade line that leeds to Planet Manhattan and when I reached the
end of it, my ship exploded! Why? A transport that was transporting toxic
waste exploded near the end of trade line, and I was stoped right in the
center of that loot. I had Starflier, so I couldn't do a thing about it.
When I respawned, I started to collect other loot, such as Niobim and
Diamonds! Cool, heh?

On a server I used to go on all the time, I used to see AI traders fighting each other. Cryer and Republican would start fighting and blow each other up, among other traders. Right outside manhattan.

i get that all the time, i'm just minding my own buisness around a planet, and sudenly, KA-BOOOM!!! a couple of transport convoys smash into a planet. one i distinctly remember was at planet housten (i think that's how it's spelt lol) and it happened, (this was on a multiplayer server). it is deffinatly pretty wierd!

The path between the Manhattan <---> Ft. Bush Trade lane and the Manhattan docking ring goes through Manhattan's atmosphere. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem, but Trenton messes up the AI's autopilots. Then they fly into the atmosphere and die.

I've seen patrol routes in some of the Outlaw systems (Omicrons and I think one of the Omegas) that went through sun caronas! These patrols of several ships would fly and burn and get out just before being burned by the sun, only to be toasted by a band of bounty hunters! I hate sun carona rules, any way to turn those off and reduce travel time? After all, the shortest distance between two points is a straight line (sorry to those of you who I bring back bad geometry class memories). --- RR16

In one of the Sigma systems I've seen several GMG fighters fly right through a cloud of explosive gases, they were chasing me but hey they don't manuver enough to avoid the clouds so they just commited suicide
