If your getting a runtime error you need the vbrun files that you can download at
http://www.ioncross.com/

Download the vbrun files and they go in your Windows\System folder.

THe runtime thing is usualy due to the files being tamper proofed, this happens when trying to edit files used by FLMM.

To level up, increase your value, or decrease the requirements - see the file ptough.ini in the missions folder. You can fiddle with that if you wish (erm - decrease the values in there to lower what you need to be worth per level)

No Chips. He's talking about the JoeBoomz character or server operator program.

Actually bakedpotato, both you and Chips are right. Gameman, you can't change your level directly. Add money to your character through any FL editor and the level will change automatically next time you play.

Yep but he still needs to get the character editor and or the server operator program running or hack the memory.
