Is there news about an expansion/FL2?

if they are making FL2 they should atleast give diffrent kinds of missions a speach dialuge box like in starwars knights of the old republic (just my opinion

I personaly think that there will be a freelancer expansion, but it wont be released untill mid 2004, microsoft did that with dunegon segie and it worked well, they might try it again.

If life is unfair how come I haven't won yet?

They'll do to FL what they did to SL: Take a few basic concepts, advance the storry a few hundred years, and go off on a new tangent. Still should be fun as hell though. --- RR16

Anyway. I don't think there is an expansion coning, or even a sequal short after the FL-story.
If something is come, it would be a totally new game. basically like what RR16 said.
Starlancer --> Freelancer--> <whatever MS comes up with>lancer
