Xeno and cossair, strange combo. Of course, generally all the criminal groups become friendly with you if you only kill cops/navy folk. Both the cossairs and the Outcasts love my SP character. --- RR16

for the time being i have abandoned the Corsairs and now fly alongside the Royal Space Force, Bretonian Armed Forces, and base myself at Stokes Mining Station, so i am to all intents and purposes at home.

btw my wife's name is Carina, she is particularly pleased that the reigning monarch of Bretonia has the same name, although they look totally different.

The funnest faction to fly for is Blood Dragons. When you walk into the bar to talk to the bartender and he speaks some weird japenese or Chinese, whichever, i think that is kinda kuhl.

One of the best factions to ally yourself with is the Mollys, once your in thier good books just sit outside thier base in Dublin and watch them fly into thier own mine field.
My favourite faction would have to be either the Corsairs or the Outcast, however with the Corsairs particularly 'effective' birth control techniques, i.e. radiate or kill almost everyone, and 'keep it in the colony' attitude towards outsiders and thier women, and the Outcasts dependence on Cardamine and god awful fashion sense I've yet to exclusily align myself with either faction.
If your looking for a true 'cause' to fight for try the Blood Dragons (who are trying to retake Kusari pretty much the same way it was taken from them), The Golden C. (FL version of the militant feminist movement), or the Bundshuch(sp?) (Workers rights for which we fight!). If I remember correctly...

What I do in singleplayer w/o the storyline and Miners CO. mod is mine the silverton field to get up to about level 8 or so the jump hole realy helps there...Then I head look for a good fighter and start blasting convoys to get even higher enugh to buy a good figter then I fight with whoever hates the Red Hassins and Xenos(I HATE THEM, I can go no were with out them attacking DIE!!!

@RR16- You can change to 1st person, and then kill the cockpit in F1 options.
I like flying with a view like I'm in space, and NOT bein dragged behind the ship.

Let me see, a toughy. I've flown for every faction at least once (don't attack Bounty Hunters intentionally as they are the only faction I've seen in every system). I liked flying the Junkers and the Blood Dragons (cos Kyoto Base is a cool looking base). I would probably consider myself a Junker - although Daumann can be fun to fly for from Solarius.



As a freelancer one encounters some strange stuff - in the the end, however, you always remain the strangest thing you are ware of.
