Talk about putting us to shame.....other side of the world, where english aint there first language (stating the obvious cos you wouldn't know it) and yet he can not only talk, but phrase, punctuate and spell better than most posters in this forum! Just shows how slack we all are........who could say that they can speak a foreign language

*edit* - oh, and in the modding forum there is a post called 'newbie question look no further2!' which has a post in it about creating pirates as a 'commodity' for a kinda roleplay idea - but also server side only mods list, with some detailed how too's included as well. These you could implement to increase game play variety without anyone needing to download anything, or install anything. However - little bit bout pirates (for bounty hunting)
What this means that if you follow it, you can collect pirate pilots from their ships when you blow them up (the pilots 'eject' if you like..). If you then fly to bounty hunter bases - they sell for around 2k, otherwise they sell for about 50 credits.
Alternately - you can also sell them back to pirate bases for more money to 'liberate' their comrades (500 credits).
You can set the drop rates so that they 'eject' when a certain level rather than all of them - or just make them take up more cargo space - that way by default its harder to make too much money this way..........lol. Same can be done with prisoners (already in the files though) - which you can transport around to prisons from bases, or flog em off to pirates (liberate them) or even to the outcasts (put to work in cardamine production). Just little things you can do if you don't fancy slapping everyone into the world of TNG - specially as its a 30meg download. HU is very good - and alot smaller. Not tried rebalance. Just remember, for mods that include new things (equipment, weapons, commodities, ships, etc ) everyone who plays will need the mod as well
