How to switch views?

I'd really like to try out 1st person, but I cannot figure out how to change positions....any help would be appreciated.

You'll probably find that it's difficult to visually track your targets in cockpit mode... your shots get kind of blinding.

If you can't read this, then you're probably illiterate and have no idea what I'm saying anyway.
