Hell Yea!!! I have played Homeworld (kicks ASS) I played the Expansion Cata. It was cool didn't like the support pod thing loved the patrol and way point options.. I like the no capping in the reg Homeworld. I'm just waiting for Homeworld 2 to come out. I hope it is as good as the orignial. That game has the best interface for space RTS games. Nothing I mean Nothing compares to homeworld in the space RTS scene.

I still play it alot. I mod it to with sevral(sp) mods.

I opalogize for posting/spammin this. I didn't see the other post about EvE when I posted.

I come to the conclusion that Eve and FL are two different games set in space. Just because they are set in space doesn't mean they are imitateing or trying to out do one another.

I think it's all about the personality and or mind set of one person. What mood they are in.

I do think that EvE should meter the time you spend on their severs.

More time u spend on that game the more$$ you should pay. I don't really care for the idea of paying fixed x amount a month, and somthing comes up and you can't get to play but mybe 16hrs. out of that month. I MIGHT(I stress the word might) give it a whirl for 6 months.

It's the whole $$ thing to play is whats gettin me. I know they need it to run the server. But....again, I think it should be metered.

Yea!! They have mods got to homworldunviverse.com they have Startrek, Star Wars, Babylon 5, Robotech DYRL, those are TCs. they also have Mini mods of different stuff. On the opening page look to the right side and it should have a list of mods. I haven't been there in a while so it might be a little different.

Ya, HW2 will be so nifty, with all the best elements of the original and catac.(wich stunk by comparison) Upgrades, modules, the original fleet limit, etc. Comes out on the 16th btw! In the US anyway. Have you seen the ships? Here they are! I have yet to mod it, but perhaps in these last days I will
