Got this game about a week ago. What I think

You'll sometimes be approached at space stations with offers to "hack your record" with a faction. When you move the cursor over a person, a dollar sign will show up. That means they will take money to fix your rep. Problems is ... it's almost aways the wrong faction. I mean, when I'm in a Corsair system do I want to improve my rep with their deadly enemies, the Outcasts? I probably wouldn't even make it out of the station alive!

Lucky you, I can't get MP working on my machine, otherwise you'd have some stiff compotition! I like trading, but sometimes, when you get attacked by pirates on trade routes too much, you just gotta go get a job at the nearest station and get some payback!Kill all Outcasts, hurrah!!!

In refference to your trade lane incident (

) perhapt thats why battleships arent alowed to use trade lanes. Picture this... you are cruising along and as you cross a trade lane you get slammed by a battleship goin around 1000. lol. MP doesn't work on my comp either Utopia

I've been slammed before while passing through a trade lane. It made a horrible noise(like scream) and sent me twisting the other way.LOL My girlfriend in the other room asked "what was that noise it sounded like a death scream" (death scream, is the scream you make before a horrible death)

welcome to the forums.

ive never gotten hit by anyone traveling through a trade lane. i didnt think it was possible. that would be funny though, getting hit by a battleship going at 1000+ speed. one time i used the speed 3000 mod with the battleship Osiris mod. ive never seen anything funnier in my life.

of all mods, i recommend d/ling FLMM v1.2. it is essential for using most mods in FL. it also includes a few mods to play with.
