Freelancer Patch?

I haven't read/posted here in a few months, so forgive me if I just missed the news but.. what ever happened to the patch for this game? I know about the server patch, but was under the impression that DA was making a patch for the game as well. Has it been abandoned? Has there been any talk of an expansion pack?

No There Is not a patch on its way BUT there is a MAJOR ADDON due out FOR xmas its A major sp addon but all the equipment willl be availible in mp mode

I cannot log on to norwegian heaven since they updated there server to v1.60
What do i do? and where can i get the update? please respond....

DA abandoned this croc of sh*t game. digital anvil are a bunch of half-ass tricks. it'd be a fking miracle if DA makes an add-on or any of that type of bullsh*t. looks like you fools will be stuck playing MODS some bored queers are making. BTW, every MOD so far sucked BIG-TIME! Stop wasting your fking time bastards. THIS GAME IS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT and that's why i can wait for X2 because hopefully that'll be sh*tloads better than this piece of sh*t. stupid ass nerds. Perhaps that is true. But ask yourself, can you create something even half as "****ty" as Freelancer? then I guess you have the intelligence less than those bunch of half-ass tricks.
