Right now, I have the Lane Hackers and Liberty Rogues as Allies. As a result, the Outcasts are pretty neutral with me. I took a bribe for my allies. It makes travelling easier since I'm not being shot at everywhere. With that bribe, the Golden C's are neutral as well.
If I keep killing Molly's the way I have been, I'll be neutral with the Corsairs before long. Rheinland is my own problem area as no one in the criminal factions likes me AT ALL!!

I'm pretty much in favour with everyone except the corsairs, rogues and hackers, but I have a very good reputation nowadays with the red hessians and the bounty hunters...extremely useful for diamond trading. Also I can go to either one and take a mission of £40K+ to hit the other. Works a treat when your skint and doesn't affect your rep.
Now I've just gotta figure out how to get the corsairs on side without it affecting my rep with the hessians....

Well, having some of the criminal elements at least as neutrals is a big help when you want to run some trade. Nothing worse than being alone and getting swarmed by Outcasts. As I said, I have the Hackers, Outcasts and Rogues as Allies while the Xenos and GC's are neutral. I still make it a point to pound on Mollys and Gaians.

Yeah Sure Gromit, become friends with opposite sides.
Me I prefer to do it the Blood Dragon way and maintain "Well nurtured relationships".
Especially with the Zoners, I cannot count the amout of times i could dock at a Freeport for repairs and listen to some Corsair's empty threats.
Oh well, when I destroy Bretonia Ill come for you.

I have all the "legitimate" Bretonian, Kuisari and Reinland Factions out for my blood, Almost all the criminal factions like me. Liberty is fairy neutral tho Agiera loves meh. However im sitting in Barrow base in Hidson and am considering making the Libery Navy go booms thanks to my sabres 2 Wyms and 4 Nomad cannons.
It also annoys me when trade convoy escorts break off and attack when im minding my own buisness! makes me kill them and their friggin transports!
