Yah, i believe the NPC's have em, but you cant get em.

It's weird, though, because the "Official" guidebook for the game lists Adv. Champion Lvl 10 Graviton Shiedls costing about $312k (same as other lvl 10) but with higher strength and regen rate than their molecular and positronic counterparts.

Wrong Forum (either a spoiler or a editing question! - and I think those type of shields are not even in the game for whatever reasons DA might have)
