FX5200 x FREELANCER X DRIVER 44.03 WORK ?

Ship : Falcon Level : 38
I had a Diamond Monster Fusion 16M, and FL was fine.
Now I have a Prolink FX5200 128M, and when start FL : BLACK SCREEN.

This configuration ( FX5200 + driver 44.03 + FREELANCER ) works ?
