How do I change sides in SP?

I don't like the liberty police/navy whatever any more. I want to become friends with Junkers, Outcasts, and Rogues. How do I do this?

I am currently in the Startracker about 3.5 hours into the campaign at the part where I go with Juni to the Willard Research Center.

You're a freelancer, you don't change or take sides. You can become friendly however with anyone, just shoot their enemies.

check the faction that you want to be friends with in the reputation part of your player profile. read that factions enemies. killing the first few of them will have a greater impact on changing reputations attitude towards you
