Outfitting the Drake...

What in your opinion is the best way to outfit a drake?

I use all Sunblast A's
Class 6
Hull dmg 79
shld dmg 39
range 600
speed 750
rate 8.33
energy 19

I would say get a grip, but it seems you are using both hands for it. If you dont stop you will go blind.....

OT: I concur, you need a shield killer.
Go to the Spoiler forum, the second for teh top thread (Sticky ones) and go to the last page. Follow Nickless to links, they'll help you I think.

I have a drake on Elite.

I have 2 Sunfury 1. 2 Helios 2. A class 6 shield. razor mine. wasp cruise. imp counter. advanced thruster.

It owns so much you pee in your pants.

what i figure with shield killers is that if your guns are good enough they'll just take down the shields and then the hull (it may take a little longer to take down shields but it will take a lot less time to take down the hull) when u hav a shield killer it will be quick to take down the shields but a lot longer for hull

im glad that at least gaurdian doesnt hold a grudge for something COMPLETELY HARMLESS no one even likes those which ship is the best threads anymore anyway

Check out mine and Gung-Ho's loadouts for the Drake there...
I've been using that and slight varitation of for quite some time
with fantastic success against vhfs. You better be ready for
an adrenaline ride tho - NO room for error..

Here's what you do if you want a good gun combo.

cosairs are known for anti-shields (how they can kill anything with hull is beyond me, im guessing firestalkers tho)

outcasts are known for anti-hull (whats with these hispanians?)

Get a few of each factions weapons, and baboom.

Of course my outfit for the titan is better.

weapon wise it has 4 nomads (no energy required)

1 sunstalker (fully loaded)
1 firestalker (fully loaded)
1 hornet (fully loaded)
1 screamer mine (fully loaded)
1 adv counter (fully loaded)

I can laucnh 25 of each missles in a few seconds, dare to challenge me in head on?
