Systems gate

Is it possible to avoid any system gate in order to go outside Liberty systems ?
I am just starting the game (in France since less than 2 months), access only on Liberty's suystems, Level 7 or 8 (don't remember).
In that moment of the game i have to go to join "juny" in manhattan and become an enemy of FSL...Impossible to escape death !!!
Is anyone knows a solution ?
