Level progressions....

I know the more money you get the higher you get but i want to know, how much money per level. and how does this amount increase. From 0 to 1 its 2000 as far as i know. so how do you work this out?

theres a way to look in your progression log thingy.... it was in another post. sorry i couldent be of more help

If it's in the story line missions, you cannot go up in certain levels unless you do the mission. After that, I haven't figured out the logic in the levels -- if there is one!
