Commodities

i know i know this isn't the right forum but i wnated more oppinions. I'm making a new commodity mod. I have around 20 new idea and adde to the 38 original ones. i have 58. So if anyone has a sugestion i'll take it. My goal is around 65-80. Plus i will be refining the prices to the systems. Oh feel free to sugest other trading and merchant idea. (cargo ammounts, prices, in system trades etc.) i won't be naking any enw ships but i will be adding a few more basis that will produce some of the synthetic commodities.

Hello bud.

Im am working on something similar my self. Already added a lot to my mod a few versions ago but I dont mind telling you my plans for the next version because it would add varity to mods i think.

Remember those shipyards. They are not really shipyards at the moment. Suppose they actually made ships and sold them. They would need pilots to deliver goods required to make those ships right.

So there you have a new market.

Same rule applys for almost anything in the game. What doe research stations have a lot of ? What about prisions, and who makes the boron, do they need anything ?

See how my mind is working, if yours is not already in the same gear as mine you should find this post handy. If it is in the same gear, im glad. It means atleast one mod maker os really giving these commodities some serious thought.

Tahts funny. Becasue thats exactly how im thinking. Im taking the commodities and branching them out as much as posible. Im up to about 65 now but i want to have alot more ideas. 65 is excluding lots of err... ships... yea you can transport ships. But i figgured you could only fit maybe one starflier in a dromendary and maybe 2 patriots. So im thinking about making a ship carrier.

yea and about the ships giskard. if you wanna incorparate that into your mod think about it this way. The tripoli shipyard(corsair) in omicron gamma should sell all the corsair ships and all of them as a commodity. and for instance the trafalger base is new london sells the Legionnaire for about 35k. You could buy it for about 27k at tripoli and sell it at trafalger for 35 making 7k profit. These are just soem ideas im juggling with and im trying to bounce off the community.

Oh yea puke should the slaves be considered contraband? like ilegal?
