Som mods allow you to skip some I am curious how to skip all of them
If you are talking about the mod that skips the freeport 7/nomad stuff at the start then Xenocide is right. Its just a butchery of the original m01a.ini file.
All the cutscenes and scripted NPC movements for the semi-cut scenes are overseen by the mXX.ini files.
The structure of them is fairly simple and it is possible to skip anything you want. However i stopped after the first ones cause after that where do you stop? Do you remove all the cut scenes till all you are told to do is kill x then you level up? OpenSP already removes the storyline, the idea of skip intro was just to save people who mod the hassle of waiting 10 minutes every time they start a new game.
I replied to an earlier post like this somewhere with a description of the important structures in the mXX.ini files and how to edit them but i'm damned if i can find it. I think it was in the spoiler forum.

Actually, I'm working on doing exactly that - hacking the game .INI files in the Missions directories to remove all the cutscenes.
It isn't quite as easy as it sounds, since there are several ways to go wrong and crash the game. But you can get some REALLY interesting things going on...
For the Freeport-7 intro, I got the game to be in SPACE-FLIGHT mode instead of cut-scene mode! I can fly around and look at FP7, scan the ships flying around, watch the bombers destroy it (captured in that screenshot). Unfortunately, FP7 won't let me dock. And if I shoot anything (to where it goes hostile) the game crashes.
All the ground-based cutscenes are pretty easy to snip out. Talk to Juni in the bar and the accept/decline box immediately pops up, and hit accept and you immediately have control back at the base.
But I think I might have to not tamper with the space-based cutscenes. For mission 2 when you launch from Manhattan, there's a long space cutscene with Trent and King yakking back and forth ("goodbye million credits". If I try to dock somewhere during that, boom, game crashes.
More to come...

Nope, the Donau gets destroyed no matter what you do. But I was able to scan it before it got destroyed.
I'm done with eliminating all the ground-based cutscenes (had one troubling issue to work around that turned out to be a bug in BINI of all things.) Unfortunately, the space-based scenes can't really be removed, since the game needs certain objects like Benford to be created and destroyed in them. Some of them can be turned into spaceflight scenes as I said, but that leaves the game very unstable and prone to either crashes or misfiring on mission triggers.
Will release it as a mod within a day or two, and post a pointer in this thread to a thread for it in the editing forum.

OK, here it is if anyone wants to try it:

This is NOT the same thing as OpenSP. This leaves the entire campaign in place, just skipping the cutscenes. Good for people like me and Sherlog that like playing the campaign through with different ships.
