Take a look at the names of Liberty police, navy officers etc. You'll find Hispanic names cropping. So maybe that is "racism" too?

"Hispania" was unlucky and her passengers were stranded in the most hostile parts of the sector, cut from the rest of refugees. So after long years of desolation they took another way of life - it doesn't mean that they are criminal by "racial" nature.
