Although I tend to stay neutral with both factions, I prefer to be friendly with corsairs for these reasons:-
1) I use the Del Cid weapons (only corsairs sell this)
2) I want access to the unknown system in omicron gamma, after using most of battery's and nanobots fighting nomads,I don't want to have to fight my way through loads of corsairs. I know there is a nomad system in Alpha, but that 1 does radiation damage to you and there is no where to dock.
2)When i need cash, I can make alot by buying Artifacts from cadiz and selling at New London, a nice short run. Also by mining gold at Dublin and selling at tripoli, is also another easy run.

Actually, I think its a tie.
I love the ships that the Corsairs have. I also like how far away the Corsairs homeworld is.
The thing I like about the Outcasts is Planet Malta and Omicron Alpha.

outcasts all the way. they have my baby, the sabre. the only thing corsairs have that i like its the salamanca guns. and malta is just a really cool place to be.

also, the outcasts have nomads RIGHT THERE.

I think it's a tie too.

The omicron gamma unknown is the only place where you don't have to worry about radiation when hunting Nomads, while the Outcasts have a bunch of allies that can be really useful (everybody except crims tend to hate me...)

Does this matter in any way? beh. I'd say it's a tie.

Outcasts... Love my Sabre, their base is stocked with good weapons if for some reason you get one blown off (not that that's ever happened to me since I got the sabre), and your base is right next to a Nomad jumphole... that and the 100k+ missions don't hurt...

i think corsairs are better they provide good friendly backup and i like the ship TITAN now this is a thing of beauty. the missions also pay well.

Pretty much a tie. I hate the handling on either one of their VHF's, but their systems are without a doubt in the coolest locations they could be, and both produce commodities that are worth a crapload of money when sold in the right place.
