Outcasts and Junkers

I'm getting ready to start Mission 4 (?), where we flee the Liberty system, but before I go, I'd like to check out Rochester and Chisos (sp?).

How do I get these bases to allow me to land?

Get at least neutral with them.
Shoot some tradelanes and kill some police normaly will get you neutral with them

Chisos?

If I remember right Chisos is a planet in Texas near to the Dallas debris fields. He might mean Beamount Base which is nearby.

Beaumont Base?

Beaumont Base is another Junker station. It's in the Texas system, in the debris cloud next to the New York Jump gate. Bear in mind that it is also frequented by Rogues and Outcasts, so expect to fight plenty of them if you have a bad rep with 'em.
