who here likes the Hammerhead?

i used an eagle with heavy flashpoints unitl i realised weapons are much more efficient on the hammerhead because its weapons attach points are closer than on the eagle

oh yeah, why do BH have those cool red trails on their ships, and when you buy one of their ships you have the usual white/yellow trail

What does that matter, they all point in the same direction anyway, no mater if they're close together or not...
I like them more appart from eachother. I think that looks cooler.
I think the Hammerhead is kind of ugly btw, same for the Barracuda and the Piranha. Like it got stuck between the dockingbay-doors or something

I keep repeating myself.
Myself, myself, myself

Don't know about the red trail thing...guess they wanted to keep some sense of variation in the game

I loved the Hammerhead, the turning is very quick and the weapons hardly drain at all, though I have traded it in 2 games - one for the Sabre and one for the Banshee.

As far as the trails, the Banshee is supposed to have a cool green trail but I don't see it on my ship. I am not sure if they show up in others' views on MP.

I like it, I like it!

Yeah. it turns well. But it doesn't have a that huge power supply. My sKyblasts (2 A's and 4 B's) drain power very quickly.

But yeah, it looks pretty ugly.

yeah - the hammerhead looks a lot like the pirahna and the barracuda.I wonder how much work was put into its actual design.(not much)

DIAMONDBACK + WILDFIRE + 2 CANNONBALL MISSILES = 1 dead mother****er...

Did you know...

...that the only diffference between Dagger and Stiletto is that Stiletto has that platform under it? Otherwise they are 100% identical.

Pretty often the ships of same factions are made just by adding some stuff to the original design.

At least with Outcasts, Corsairs, Bounty Hunters and the two sets of Civilian ships (Starflier, Tracker, Blazer and Hawk Falcon Eagle).

I like the Hammerhead, it has a cool design IMO. It reminds me of the little fighters that were flown by the good guys in the very beginning of "Lost in Space". Anyway, I think that I am going to go back to it in stead of the Sabre. The VHF's are just too sluggish. I have gotten so used to my Banshee in another game that I need to drop down a bit but still have the higher power capabuility.

I fly the Hammerhead only in MP, and enjoy it. (for many reasons)

In SP I go from the Humpback/Dromedary to Stiletto/Valkyrie/Falcon.
Next step is VHF, so I skip over the Hammerhead & Centurion.

Anyone fly a Centurion? I wonder how it handles VS. Hammerhead, it's a HF Vs. VHF

Psh, the Legionnaire moves like a cow for a light fighter, imagine the Centurion

The term for the Hammerhead is "Functionally ugly". It's not the most curvy or elegant design, but it does its job and does it well.

Reaper: $200,000,000.
Rockets: $100,000
The look on that pilot's face when you launch a full pod of screamers up his tailpipe: priceless
