Can''t lvl up anymore - Got only lvl 8

Hi folks,

i resently begin a new story campain. This time I wanted to be the bad pirat, so I had killed police and company ships when I saw them. Now I reached the Leeds system and gain lvl 8. Because of some good trading tours I made a lot of money (371.860 $). To reach lvl 9 I need the amount of 119.894 $. I think I've got more than I need, but can't lvl up :-(

Maybe the Patch 1.1 is the reason for the problem.

If there's anyone out there who can tell me, what I can do, plz HEEELP.

on your charicter payne (F-8 i belive) what does it say next to "next level"? If it says "mission" then you need to do the next story-line mission.

Sorry hairfarmer,

the prob is i can't get to lvl 9, because I need 119.894 $ (according to my char id-card). If I would get lvl 9 the next lvl up is 'mission' and the story would go on. But in my case there seems to be no way to gain lvl 9.

You have to Earn that amount to level up, so you have 100k ish to make.

Listen to Pinger. Also keep in mind that the amount of credits you need is based on your net worth. Meening if you use too many nanos/batterys,(200 credits a pop) or fire of too many missles you new worth will actually drop. Just some food for thought.

I dunno... Does the patch change the levelling up to extra cash needed instead of total worth? In 1.0 it only went to extra after SP.

What is your net worth? If it is over 300,000 you may have a problem.

The patch has nothing to do with the SP game. It was a server patch. As for the amount of cash at that level it doesn't matter how much you have. I was a millionaire by that point and I still had to earn more to level up.

Man I still have the same f.... problem whats the deal with this game...? Im on level 8 and cant get to 9. so now i cant continue with the story.. my net worth is 96,000.00 and the level up was 62,000.00 i have listend to everyones adivce and still IT DOES NOT WORK.... I realoaded my game and no still it doesnt work.. I went back and re-bought the same ship and NOOOO. STIll doesnt work. WHATS THE PROBLEM WITH THIS GAME???

Earn what money?

I have 350 K$ and one eavy ship with fully stuff/ammo hehe and always lvl 8 )

with about 500 killed and 80 mission done and this idiot game say I need 58 K $ for lvl up... what the hell !

I had a million by level 8 and I still had to earn more to level up.
If the game is telling you that you need 58k to level up then listen to it. Go earn 58k MORE than you have. If that doesn't work come back here and we will talk.

I have 422 000 $ (I love cambridge-new london-....) and on my ID statut it s:

LVL 8
needed for lvl 9 54 000 $
your value statut: 422 000 $ .... :/ (in order but not sure about english exactly word)

maybe I need restart?

... I am badly bugged no?
