Specific details would be spoilers, so you have to look them up in the Spoiler Forum. There is a thread named 'Corsairs' right now, and there are plenty of others.

In general, you can improve your standing with a faction by flying missions for them and/or destroying their enemies. Doing the same for their allies also helps a little.

Or, you could just pay a bribe...

The corsairs av no allies so i cnt do ne missions from them 2 improve it n i cnt get into the corsairs base to do missions for them to improve it...

Just fly around killing hessians. Lob a torp or 2 onto their bases and watch your faction rating with the corsairs improve

You can bribe just about any criminal faction at junker bases, maybe try finding one near corsair space (i fight corsairs all the time, but mianly due to my love for the outcasts ; they are so me)

doing missions against bounty hunters may work if you have kill many of them

Kill bounty hunters. Kill them by day, kill them by nght just kill them. Once you get neutral with the Corsairs you will be able to do missions. When I say say neutral I mean the rep bar has to be in the middle or to the right side. Funny thing though, when you kill bounty hunters the Xenos love you. When I got my rep bar with the corsairs to the middle the Xeno bar was all the way green. Go figure.
