How the?

This is completely irrelevent to anything in the freelancer game, but how on earth do the pilots get out of the ships when they land. And to top it off, on the SP where you first meet walker, how does he get back to his battleship, anyone know the answers to these.

"If you got nothing nice to say, come and sit next to me:p"

I suppose you could just climb out of the wee ships, or some sort of beam, no sign of teleporters anywhere else tho - remember quintane? She had to manually load those panels on ur ship, tho maybe she didnt want to riusk them in a teleporter. As for wlaker, since the cruisers/battleships are moored off planet i suppose he would have to get some sort of shuttle back to his ship.

****Tiny spoiler*****
More importantly how does walker convince his whole crew to do what he says? Surely he would haver had a mutiny on his hands, those cruisers must have massive crews, a few of them must have tried to take him out. I suppose the trekkies could explain it better - i seem to remember at least 1 start trek where kirk convinces the whole crew to disobey orders. Seeing SP from walkers POV could be very interesting.

Regarding Walker's non-mutiny: if not everyone is in the know, he may have only to convince the bridge crew. The rank and file may not be fully aware of what is going on outisde. I did not notice many windows on his cruiser. . .

If there was a mutniny, maybe it was AFTER the crew found out what they had done. Working on the assumption, of course, Walker was not blown to bits himself in the fight.

The next time someone asks if you're a god, say YES!

I'd be inclined to agree with GNDN - anyone ever read "The Hunt for Red October"? The crews of submarines are not informed of what's going on, just the Commanding Officers...as a long-term Officer in the Liberty Navy, surely Walker would be able to pick his Officers, and as such pick others who he knew shared his views...or maybe I'm reading too much into it. Still, it's something to think about, isn't it?

As far as entering the ships is concerned, has anyone else noticed the AG spirals under the ships on the landing pads? I assumed that was how the pilots left their ships...if you look at the Starflier in the first cut-scene in Liberty (when Juni's talking to Trent about the first mission), isn't there a small hatch visible right where the spiraling is? Maybe my imagination, but still...I think "Beam me up, Scotty" would be a fairly accurate way of putting it! And getting back to larger ships would have to be either teleportation or shuttles, wouldn't it? I don't think anyone's going to be walking out there, anyway =OP
