i saw the colitions on the CG, but where is it? don't tell there is no colition force. but if there is no colition, why they write that story? and said: "we will never forget?"

the coalition are the forces from starlancer who took over the sol system ( our solar system )

They're not in FL at all. Perhaps in the expansion or sequel.

Read: Sirius is located in the constellation Canis Major and is 8.6 light years from Earth. Therefore, the Coalition is 8.6 light years away from Freelancer Space.

It would take roughly 800 years - as stated above (thank you!) - to get from Earth to Sirius. Which you shoudl already know from watching the opening CG.

Therefore, you cannot fly there.

*Additional Thoughts*
What I wonder about though, is which Stars in Freelancer are actually Sirius A, Sirius B, and - if it actually still does exist - Sirius C.

You CAN fly there. Go to Tau 27, and set a waypoint in the way upper left hand corner. Now go off the map, and keep the heading.

The point of Sol not actually being in the bloody game in the first place seems to be beyond some people.
