You passed it during the SP campaign (mission 4). Don't ask for spoilers here, there is a separate forum for that.

ive finished the single player missions i just wanna join the lane hackers that all but thanx anyway..

Check the Lancersreactor's Nav Map....
There was also some Excel-file but I don't remember where you could find it...

Mactan Base in Magellan you went to it in the single player mssions.
