OK. i can see how the colour system works when you are buying from a commodity trader, red=robbery, etc, but what tells you the best time to sell and where?
any one used the Klingon D7 Katinga ? what do you think?
I found it unstable at cruise

Look at the ports that buys that commodity....pretty clear where you need to sell. As far as 'when' to sell...uh...see above.
