In the very last SP mission as you approach your target, someone on the com channel says "Look at the size of that thing" - the same line as Wedge Antilles makes in Episode IV: A New Hope as they approach the Death Star. Too bad it isn't following be "Cut the chatter Red 2" as in the movie...

The trenches on the surface of the Dyson Sphere and navigating inside the Nomad station come to mind.

At least, I think you're supposed to use the trenches. I never really did. My tactic was to just fly straight and the generator with guns and torps blazing, turn around to get some distance, then attack the generator again, rinse and repeat ad nauseum.

The formations that you fly in during attacks are 4 man wings, same as SW

You have to destroy the shield generators before you fly thru the middle... HELLO?

Try looking at the system map it is the in the shape of Darth Vaders Helmet no kidding! You have to have the completed map for it to take shape.

And I agree about the last part of the SP campaign dead ringer for the movie. Loved every min. of it.
