yup. In Sigma 17. I was going to the Sigma 13 jump hole. My autopilot thought that going between the two suns was the best way to go. I was dead in no time

same with me i was in omicron gamme my ship dodge one star corona and flew into another

Mine just runs me into every last asteroid between me and my destination. I get up to stretch, and next thing I know I'm playing ping-pong all over the place.

Another annoying thing I've noticed is at trade lanes....if your autopilot approaches wrong, you smack into some part of the lane and it knocks your shields out completely, which is needless to say very problematic(and expensive) in hostile areas.

It happens to me in Tau-23. I'm joining a Bounty Hunter patrol to the clouds, when near the Omicron Alpha jumphole, we ambush several outcast. When the situation got clear, I pushed F4 to go back to formation (I got the leader Hammerhead locked and targeted), when my ship position itself, it pass the jumpholes, and voila, I got sucked into the jumphole to Omicron Alpha and an entire Outcast suadron ripping me appart when I arrived there.

I was entering this jumpgate from a rather odd angle in cruise speed.

suddenly the cinematic cut scenes came in, but my ship bounce at the edge of the jump gate and it bounce of in another direction.

So the ship went along, in the cinematic mode, while outcast was shooting at me.

Didn't die, didn't even manage to control the ship. Have to reload.
