general questions

I'm now docked in Freeport in Tau-37. I want to buy better guns, but I can't, because they say that I have to come with frindlier terms (or something like that). What does this actually mean? Do I have to give bribes or bring something with me? I have killed plenty of enemies while trying to figure out this problem.

Another question about giving and receiving bribes. Can anyone explain how does this work in general.

Please don't give too detailed answers, because I want to find out the final solution myself

Yes, u will have to bribe the faction that hav the base. (I dont remember which.)
U can also kil hte once they assume as enemys.

This wasnt a detailed answer, was it?
