i currently own a eagle i used to use a sabre all the timebut i like the eagle cause of is it hardly gets hit alot and turns faster

Just finished SP and still flying around in the Anubus fully decked out with deathshand MK II and I love it, only problem I have is that it uses up power like crazy

Dromedary I like the trade lanes and non trade lanes if you get my drift. Yea It would take a long time to spend all my loot but that is not the point.
After all Ted Turner doesn't complain when another 100 mil shows up in his bank account!
I like the Drom she is stable, fast , and has fair fire power. I use the most expensive mines money can buy ( keeps the bad guys off your booty), the best shields and thrusters and have bribed my way to neutrality with every single faction. I admit not all are in the green but that is an impossible task given the interaciton written in.

Occasionally I get the "Well, Well , Well Look what I found, Ok youv'e got one chance drop the loot or your toast" deal but what the hey! I love hearing what they say when you hit cruise while it's charging drop cargo and then imediately hit "B" and beam it back in just as you leave them sitting there wondering what the heck just happened. "Hey, My Loot!", They don't become hostile as you did drop the loot and you still get to keep your cargo sweet deal! It does take some practice and timeing but it does work!

I've a really heavily modified Dromedary with DUAL level 10 freighter shields and around 15 guns and turrets.

Have flown every thing to fly. so here are my best picks.

Light fighter: Dagger because it is so nimble.

Fighter: Crusader What can I say I like flying around in a gaint fish.

Elite fighter A tie: Sabre, nimble and can bring all weapons to bear. Baracudda because it looks neat.

Freighter: Dromedary: Nimble, good choice of weapons and ohh so roomy in the butt.


The overall winner for me is the Dromeadary. Turns out the thing that I like to do best is commerce raiding, and the one hump camel fits this role perfectly. Blasting cargo containers off of ships is a breeze and unlike the Elite fighters you have enough room to pack it away when it floats free. Also, the one humper has enough manuverabilty that it can act like a fighter when it needs to . The camels one great weakness is poping through jumpholes where bountyhunters or pirates lurk. Class six sheilds and the small number of sheild batts and nanos,do not stand up well to sudden and merciless poundings, and you have to learn to be quite nimble to avoid being reduced to your componet atoms. Also, the camel is a little light in the power department so mix your weapons with an eye to lower enegry usage. Still it is one of the best ships to fly in the game.
