Currently in SP, I left my character with the Anubis.

in MP....I have a Titan...I enjoy the Tank Effect it has.

I went from the Eagle to the Titan. I know the Titan isn't as maneuverable...and the stupid thing has the turret facing the wrong way...But you know what? I don't noctice it. Ships die quickly anyway with 2 Salamanca MK IIs and 4 Nomad Energy Blasters. Rogues...Usually die in 2 shots. (That's why I haven't tried some of the ships that you buy at Rogue Bases...I hate the rogues...They are stupid)

With the first method I have just about everyone neutral with me and just do trade runs ethier for myself or for other people with them providing an "escort" for me.

I actually spent big bucks bribing the pirate groups so I could by a Titan and a Sabre, and came up with the following comparisons.

Eagle has lightest armor, good maneuverability, can only fire its turret forward at extreme angles.

Sabre has better armor, best offense (turret points forward), but is a bit sluggish in turns.

Titan has worst offense, since its turret faces backwards, best armor and repair capacity. It's armored like a tank, and flies about as well as one too. TURN! TURN!

So, in SP, I have an Eagle w/4 Nomad cannons (they do a little more damage than the blasters - 1%) cannonball and firestalker launcher, level 10 shield, adv. thruster, etc. etc., and I eventually got bored and started MP.

Check that...4 Nomad Energy Blasters and 2 Tizona del Cid cannons... the ULTIMATE Ship Killer! I replace the Tizona del Cids with Salamanca Mk IIs if I'm hunting Nomads since they don't use shields.

Although in alternative saves and on the demo i gave the rhino, patriot, defender, humpback and banshee test rides
I have to say, for its level the Drake was my fave, it was so smooth it was incredible

Legionnaire. It's fun to fly and gives the player traders a fighting chance. It's not every day you see a level 38 in a class 5 light fighter.
